STORY

I specialize in crafting innovative projects at the intersection of art, technology, and environmental restoration. In the early days of my career I worked as a producer, with films having earned international acclaim, including selections at Cannes and Toronto. Founding initiatives like Amsterdam Film Week, I fostered community through cinema.

Expanding into interactive media, I created the Moodwall and founded the Happy Tunnel Collective. As co-founder of the Amsterdam Creative Industries Network and visionary of Knowledge Mile, I strengthened ties between research, education, and creativity.

As head of the Art & Society Development Office at Amsterdam University of the Arts, I currently lead the Culture Club and collaborative efforts at Marineterrein, aiming to establish AHK's lasting presence and promote interdisciplinary cooperation. Through Sumowala, I merge nature regeneration with recreation, championing sustainability with a place for this earth’s most intriguing animal: humankind.

On the board of Rooftop Revolution, I stimulate green infrastructure and biodiversity in urban areas. My goal across all ventures is to make a positive impact on cultural and environmental fronts by envisioning innovative solutions and fostering collaborative progress.
